Implementation of centralized product information management for HAP ARMATURA

HAP Armatura Grupa SBS Sp. z o.o. is a Polish family-owned company operating dynamically across the entire country. It specializes in the sale of products in heating technology, sanitation, water and sewage networks, as well as ventilation and heat recovery systems. To simplify the ordering process, the company has launched online sales and, with 7 warehouses totaling 5,000 m² storing nearly 100,000 items available immediately, it can reach customers across Poland within 24 hours.
Scope of implementation:
- Analysis of product data structures
- Data model design and development of a product database based on the PIMCORE system
- Initial data transfer from current data sources
- Development of a proprietary technical data classification system
- Creation of a dedicated API to provide product data for ECOMMERCE platforms
- Synchronization of data with the ERP system
- Programming dedicated data export and import functions from Excel-format files
